1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing ApnaGhr ("we", "us", "our") at apnaghr.com, submitting your phone number, or booking a flat visit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. About Our Service
ApnaGhr connects tenants with physically verified rental flats. We inspect listings before sharing them, provide genuine photos and pricing, and coordinate flat visits through our team. We are not a traditional broker and do not charge heavy brokerage fees.
3. Visit Fee
A flat fee of ₹100 applies per verified flat visit, payable only after the visit takes place. This covers rider coordination, verification support, and your time on-site. No upfront payment is required to browse listings or request a visit.
4. Verification Guarantee
If any flat you visit does not match our listing details or photos in a material way, your next visit is free — no forms or questions asked. This guarantee applies to listings shared directly by ApnaGhr through our verified channels.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide a valid WhatsApp phone number, respond in good faith when scheduling visits, and treat property owners, dealers, and our team with respect during visits. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
6. Communication & Privacy
We use WhatsApp to share verified listings and coordinate visits. We do not sell your phone number to third parties for marketing. Dealers and landlords are not given your contact details until you choose to proceed with a specific property. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
7. Service Availability
ApnaGhr is currently launching in select areas including Delhi–NCR and Tricity, India. Listings, visit slots, and coverage may change as we expand. We reserve the right to limit or pause visits in areas where verification standards cannot be met.
8. No Guarantee of Rental
We help you visit verified flats but do not guarantee that you will find or secure a rental. Rent agreements, deposits, and negotiations with landlords remain solely between you and the property owner or their authorized representative.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel a scheduled visit before our rider is dispatched, no fee applies. If a visit is completed, the ₹100 visit fee is non-refundable except where our verification guarantee applies. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7 business days.
10. Limitation of Liability
ApnaGhr is not liable for disputes between tenants and landlords, property condition beyond our verification scope, or indirect losses arising from use of our platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the visit fee paid for the relevant visit.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the latest version. Continued use of ApnaGhr after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
